Shipping Info

Your jerky is smoked and seared to order. So we process all jerky deliveries within 24 hours or less, Monday through Thursday. We don't use artificial preservatives, so prompt jerky delivery is important to us.

We don't mail orders out on Friday. We refuse to let our jerky sit in mail rooms over the weekend. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, our service ninjas will fulfill your order on the following business day with due diligence.

All shipping charges, including returns / store credit, are initially your responsibility. But rest assured we'll reimburse you promptly for any shipping costs incurred for returns. Just scan or fax us a receipt.

Currently, we ship all of our products First Class Priority Mail. We encourage all of our customers to track their orders here.
